Thank you for your interest in Graham’s 9th Annual Food Truck Championship of Texas held on America’s Largest Downtown Square in Graham, Texas.
THE GRAND PRIZE FOR THE FOOD TRUCK GRAND CHAMPION OF TEXAS IS $10,000.

Only one prize awarded per truck. Professional foodie judges select the winners for each category.
Food truck vendor, here in after reffered to as “vendor” is not charged a commission on sales during the Food Truck Championship of Texas. Vendors are required to accept up to $200 (20 vouchers) worth of vouchers provided to sponsors and volunteers. Visit Graham will reimburse Vendor at face-value for receipt of any vouchers exceeding the $200 (20 vouchers) commitment. Food is only sold by participating food trucks during the event. Vendor is not allowed to sell alcoholic beverages of any kind.
NEW FOR 2024: Food Truck Championship of Texas will NO LONGER provide generators. Each Vendor is responsible for providing their own power equipment for the duration of the event. If you need to rent a generator or any other power equipment, we recommend contacting GENTEX Oilfield Rentals at 940-521-9449. All potential rentals will be coordinated by Vendor, and at the cost of Vendor. Visit Graham and Food Truck Championship of Texas will not coordinate delivery, returns, or expense of any rented equipment.
THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED FROM EACH APPLICANT FOR ACCEPTANCE:
Completed Application
Completed and signed Food Truck Vendor Contract
General Liability Insurance with overage of at least $1 million per occurrence
Endorsement on the General Liability Insurance naming the following as an additional insured:
Graham Chamber of Commerce and Visit Graham,
608 Elm Street, Graham Texas 76450
Business Automobile Liability Insurance with overage of at least $1 million per occurrence
Copy of Valid Texas Mobile Food Service License issued from any Texas municipality
Current Photo of Truck (JPEG (.jpg/.jpeg) format with 400px)
Menu (specifically for the day of the event)
W-9 Form
Texas Sales Tax Permit
Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis and acceptance begins on January 15, 2024. Submission/receipt of application does not signify acceptance; truck entries will be juried by a committee. Vendor will receive notice via phone/email. Visit Graham reserves the right to refuse any application.
