Thank you for your interest in Graham’s 6th Annual Food Truck Championship of Texas held on America’s Largest Downtown Square in Graham, Texas.
Only one prize awarded per truck. Professional foodie judges select the winners for each category.
Food truck vendors are not charged a commission on sales during the Food Truck Championship of Texas. Vendors are required to accept up to $200 (25 vouchers) worth of vouchers provided to sponsors and volunteers. The Graham Convention and Visitors Bureau will reimburse Vendors at face-value for receipt of any vouchers exceeding the $200 (25 vouchers) commitment. Food is only sold by participating food trucks during the event.
Food Truck Championship of Texas will provide 50amp RV outlet. It is the Vendor’s responsibility to provide conversion to connect to 50amp RV outlet. If the Graham CVB has to supply power conversion to your truck there will be a $150 up-charge.
THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED FROM EACH APPLICANT FOR ACCEPTANCE:
Completed and signed Food Truck Vendor Contract
General Liability Insurance with overage of at least $1 million per occurrence
Endorsement on the General Liability Insurance naming the following as an additional insured:
Graham Chamber of Commerce and Convention
and Visitors Bureau, 608 Elm Street, Graham Texas 76450
Business Automobile Liability Insurance with overage of at least $1 million per occurrence
Copy of Valid Texas Mobile Food Service License issued from any Texas municipality
Current Photo of Truck (JPEG (.jpg/.jpeg) format with 400px)

Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis and acceptance begins on January 7, 2021. Submission/receipt of application does not signify acceptance; truck entries will be juried by a committee. Vendors will receive notice via phone/email. The Graham CVB reserves the right to refuse any application.
